Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure successful delivery of your invite(s).
The $20 cover/donation gets you one invitation, each invitation is good for one guest.
Multiply the number of guests that you're buying for by 20. including yourself. The total is the amount that you need to pay.
For example, invites for yourself and 4 friends: 5 x 20 = $100
Send your payment(s) via e-transfer to: rsvp@sizematterstoronto.ca
Payment can either be sent s single transaction for the total amount (in multiples of $20), or in transactions of $20 for the number of invites
IN THE COMMENT/NOTE SECTION: Provide ONLY your mobile phone number in the one of the two formats below:-
Canada/US area codes/carriers: 10 digits, no spaces or special characters.
Example: For Toronto phone number (416) 416-4166 the number would be entered as: 4164164166
International cell numbers: Enclose the country code number (without the + or leading zeros) with capital "C"'s followed by the local phone number (leave out the leading zero if applicable when dialing your number from a different country).
Example: For UK phone number 07980 123 123 with country code 0044 the message would be entered as:
C44C7980123123
Upon receipt of payment, a text message will be sent to the mobile phone number specified. This can take up to 30 minutes.
The confirmation message and only the original one sent by us,, will serve as both your confirmation of payment as well as your official invitation and you'll need to present the message on your phone upon your arrival to enter the party.
FAQ
Q: I've sent payment but haven't received a text message or any kind of confirmation, now what?
A: E-transfers can take up to 30 minutes to clear.
If its been 30 minutes since sending the transfer, check the status of the transaction in your online banking app/site.
If the status is pending, you will either need to cancel the transfer (if the option is available to do so) wait until the status changes to complete or otherwise contact your bank for help. No payment will have been sent to or received by us from your bank at this point.
If the status shows as complete and payment was sent more than 30 minutes ago:
Look for the payment confirmation email from Interac in the mailbox associated with your e-transfer account.
Forward the original message from Interac along with a description of the issue to rsvp@sizematterstoronto.ca.
Before sending, Check for, and remove any private personal information from the Interac email message such as account numbers, home address etc. (This information is not typically present but just in case).
We'll look into the issue on our end and get back to you via email and/or text within 4 hours (9am - 9pm). No original interac confirmation = no response.
Q: My friends won't be arriving at the same time as me. how are they supposed to get in if all of the invites are in the one message on my phone.
A: As long you (or the person with the official invite(s) / text message) are/are among the first group of guests to arrive, no problem. just inform the person who checks your invite at the entrance and they'll provide directions for ensuring the remaining guests are able to get in to the party upon their arrival.
Q: Can I get a refund, my plans have changed and I won't be using the invitations that I paid for?
A: No, sorry - invitations are non-refundable. Please plan before you RSVP.
